After graduating from Brighton University with a degree in Architecture, Amber carved a new path in the direction ceramics, print making and illustration. The technical and formal side to architecture had her craving a more fun and playful output art, where she started to explore dreamlike colour palettes and explosive female characters. Her Pear & White Tea characterisation exudes joy through symmetry.

This one is one of our own - a Black Lines signature serve. The Pear & White Tea Fizz spent 6 careful months in development after a summer weekend of muddled pear ice lollies and iced teas. It’s a firm family favourite and combines Sapling Vodka and the UK’s first Sake, bringing together the very best of British spirits.

The Black Lines Pear & White Tea Fizz contains no allergens. It is Gluten Free, Dairy Free and suitable for Vegans.

1. Get the bottle in the fridge before serving. The colder the better
2. Fill up a high ball glass with ice
3. Pour 150ml of liquid on to the iced glass.
4. Simply garnish with a lemon slice.
