Born in Mexico. Raised in California. This modern classic is all about the balance of fresh-pressed Lime and Agave - we've added a touch of chilli to give it an added kick. Serve over ice in a rocks or highball glass with a Lime wedge or Chilli top for garnish.

Paloma

A revamp of the Paloma we already loved. Los Arcos, a splash of mezcal, fresh lime, grapefruit soda and a touch of Halen Môn salt.

Think bright, zesty and fragrant, with that telltale bittersweet grapefruit edge. It’s all about balance: a bold citrus serve with just a whisper of smoke on the finish.

  1. The Paloma - Margaritas better looking sister. Bittersweet grapefruit, crisp citrus and a hint of Maldon salt balanced with vegetal, agave notes for a refreshing and complex carbonated highball serve.
  2. The Spicy Tommy's Margarita. The sweet vegetal notes of the agave balance out the sharp acidity from the fresh lime juice. White pepper notes from the Tequila tingle throughout aftertaste. Added chilli for a BL kick.

How to Serve

How to Serve.
  1. Get the bottles in the fridge before serving. The colder the better
  2. Grab their desired glass, as written on the side of the bottle. this can also be chilled before serving.
  3. Fill the glass with a healthy amount of ice.
  4. Pour the amount suggested on the bottle into the desired glass
  5. Simply top with said garnish
